  10.                SPR was identified by Carl Campagna.  Pre-season updates
  11.                were erroneously updating team W-L-T records.  Added new
  12.                global (int UPDATE_WLT) logic into UPDATE.C and REVISE.C
  13.                and NFLGLOBE.H.

  15.  3. 08/17/91 - One more update to keep playoff game score revisions from
  16.                updating W-L-T records.  Updated only REVISE.C.

  18.  4. 09/24/91 - Added routine INIT_RATINGS to FILE_IO.C and modified REVISE.C
  19.                to call it.  This causes <Revise> to reinitialize to ratings
  20.                at end of 1990 season instead of total initialization to
  21.                original 21+21=42 state.  Corrected two logic errors which
  22.                caused revised scores to be ignored.
